I lead cross-functional Agile teams to build user-centered digital products for smart mobility, digital payments, enterprise platforms, and public-sector ecosystems. My work includes TTGT, Go!Bus, HCMC Metro (FPT.Maas), AJINOMOTO's Voice of Customer platform, and Smart Township for NOVA Group and Mapletree.
